Modern Balkan Cuisine by Chef Zivko Radojcic is a pop up dinning experience in an intimate dinning setting. Born in Serbia, Chef Zivko decided to take traditional Balkan recipes and add his own twist. He partnered with Mr. Zoran Matkovic who is the host of the evening and in charge of Balkan wines pairing.
