The Italian Jewelry Manifesto Takes NYC

The Italian Jewelry Manifesto,  the 3-day exhibition and workshop featured over 45 Italian jewelers showcasing their design, innovation, sustainability, and technology. The exhibition was held at the newly opened Piazza Italia, a full-service membership co-working space for Italian jewelry companies, located at 346 Madison Avenue.

Every sector of the Italian jewelry trade, from high jewelry to accessories, from gold to silver, from handcrafted jewels to manufactured chain, were represented at Manifesto in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency, Federorafi (National Federation of Producers of Gold Jewelry, Silverware and Jewelry) and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

We attended Manifesto series of special events, including a presentation by renowned trends forecaster and jewelry analyst Paola De Luca, founder of The Futurist, titled “Future Visions: Design & Product Directions, Preview Seasons 2024”

Manifesto ‘s Opening party drew notable dignitaries and VIPs including Fabrizio Di Michele, Consul General of Italy in New York; Fabrizio Giustarini, Italian Trade Commissioner, Houston Office; Antonino Laspina, Trade Commissioner and Executive Director, Italian Trade Agency in the United States; and Claudia Piaserico, National Chairwoman, Confindustria Federorafi (NationalFederation of Producers of Gold Jewelry, Silverware and Jewelry.) Networking dinner celebrated the excellence of Made-in-Italy jewelry featuring gourmet Italian delicacies, complete with a DJ set.
