Claude’s Restaurant at the Southampton Inn is kicking off the Hamptons season with a new tavern-style menu from the new Chef plus a selection of grab-and-go options to complement the restaurant’s delectable menu. Claude’s will be open daily for breakfast 7:00 am to 11:00am; lunch 12:00pm to 4:00pm; weekend brunch 11:00am to 4:00pm; and Dinner Thursday through Monday 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
