The new collaboration offers a seamless yacht-to-table experience. Guests can board one of Yacht Hampton’s premium vessels in Sag Harbor and enjoy a scenic 40-minute cruise through the sparkling waterways of the Hamptons before arriving at Claudio’s Marina, home to the newly opened Saylor Beach House.
The restaurant has quickly become one of the North Fork’s most talked-about destinations thanks to its chic Mediterranean aesthetic. The sun-drenched space features a sophisticated palette of warm beige and sunny yellow tones, accented by abundant lemon-inspired décor that instantly transports guests to the European coast. Created by hospitality veteran and STK co-founder Celeste Fierro and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Taylor Dayne, Saylor Beach House combines elevated dining with effortless coastal style.
