Delivering Good Annual Gala 2026 Honors Fashion and Retail Industry
The 2026 gala recognized two prominent executives whose professional leadership and philanthropic commitment have made a meaningful impact on Delivering Good’s mission.
Michael O’Sullivan, CEO of Burlington Stores, was honored for his leadership and for strengthening the retailer’s partnership with Delivering Good, which has spanned more than two decades.
Libby Wadle, CEO of J.Crew Group, was also recognized for her distinguished career in the fashion industry and her longstanding commitment to giving back. Both honorees represent the important role that fashion and retail companies can play in supporting communities and helping families facing hardship.
The evening was hosted by Lindsey Coffey, model, environmental activist, and the first American to win the Miss Earth title in 2020. Daiane Sodré, fashion model and Delivering Good Brand Ambassador, helped bring the organization’s mission to life through a moving video presentation highlighting how access to essential products can restore confidence, provide hope, and create opportunities for people facing difficult circumstances.

Holiday Toy Drive Supports Children and Families
One of the evening’s special highlights was a holiday toy drive supported by Jazwares. The company launched the initiative with a donation of 100 Squishmallows and pledged to match every toy donated during the gala, up to 700 additional toys.
The initiative demonstrated how collaboration between fashion, retail, and consumer brands can make a tangible difference, particularly during the holiday season when many families need additional support.
Matthew Fasciano, President and CEO of Delivering Good, expressed gratitude to the honorees, sponsors, and supporters whose generosity made the record-breaking fundraising achievement possible.
“The generosity and support shown throughout the evening demonstrate what’s possible when a community comes together to make a difference,” Fasciano said. He emphasized that the organization’s collective efforts help create confidence, hope, and opportunity for thousands of individuals and families facing hardship.
