SON JUNG WAN SPRING – “DRAMATIC MOVE”

Son Jung Wan, Korean designer,  found inspiration in various eras which brought eclectic and dramatic style to the runway.

The heightened volume of the 1970s and ‘80s combined with 1940s and ‘60s romance gave collection vintage feel. By highlighting glamour and exaggerated silhouettes , Son Jung Wan stays loyal to her style.

Finishes of 3D laces and holographic fabrics projected onto to vintage-inspired tailored shapes keep the collection contemporary while traditional floral beading  keeps sense of luxury.

“I love floral prints, it makes a woman look more feminine. My inspiration as a muse this season is Bianca Jagger from the 80’s. ” says Son.

Boldness matched by minimalism and maximalism will strong wave of glamour  to Spring Summer 2019 season. Purple, glitter eyebrows were the hit!
