Angela Mitchell FW18 Presentation

Marilyn Lavoie, Fern Mallis, Krystal Lavoie

Fashion Influencers, socialites, celebrity stylists, and street-style mavens including reality TV personality Danielle and model daughter Christine Staub, Fern Mallis, Bobby Wesley, actresses Malgosia Garnys and Ayesha Perry, Carolina Lindo, Daria Borisova, Paulina Cebrzynska, Vienna Skye, and Michelle Madonna came to Industria, Studio 10 to view the brand new FW18 collection that includes luxury footwear for both men and women.

For Fall/Winter 2018, the designer sisters behind the inimitable brand, Krystal and Marilyn Lavoie, have drawn inspiration from their perilous journey through Morrocco’s infamous Tizi n’Tichka road, which is considered one of the most beautiful and dangerous in Morocco.

Primary colors and semi-precious jewels reminiscent of Moroccan landscapes are juxtaposed on superior grade leather for an audacious effect. The women’s collection offers seven contemporary and classic styles. Among the many intricately-detailed shoes, the ‘Tichka’ boot embellished with tribal patterns calls upon Moroccan tapestries. Swarovski crystal appliqués in jet, silver night, and hematite sparkle against leathers mastered by Italian artisans. The men’s collection features six new styles, including the ‘Tizi’ oxford. Designed with the same tribal pattern and bold spirit as the Tichka, the shoe sets the course for unlimited and unforgettable exploration.
