A colossal pretzel covered in meats used to only appear in my dreams, but Zeppelin Hall turned it into reality with their 10th Anniversary celebration.
Dishes on the special Anniversary menu included Bacon Sliders, Mangalitsa Bacon Burgers, Cow Wrapped Way too Tight ( a 42oz Tomahawk Ribeye steak wrapped in sliced applewood bacon), Full House Sausage Platter, Shrimp Molcajete, Chicken Schnitzel, Crawfish Boil, and more. There was even an Arugula Salad for the vegetarians that found themselves at the wrong place at a delicious time.
Executive Chef Franco Robazetti was there explaining the inspiration behind each dish and making us wish it was Oktoberfest all year long. The night consisted of guests proclaiming to be “full” until he brought out the next course.
The last plate was their famous Ring of Fire, a gigantic imported pretzel filled with house smoked BBQ meats. The evening was truly what dreams are made of, especially with Chef Franco in them.
