Look no further, Royal 35 Steakhouse is open and ready to impress you with opulent interior, great service and mouth watering steaks.
The location is ideal (1 East 35th Street, NY,NY) and the team running the restaurant are some of the best in the business. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by Alfred Cetaj and Adam Sinanaj.
They shared their excitement about opening Royal 35 Steakhouse and the steak recipe Executive Chef Joseph Paulino uses to impress food enthusiasts. They are featuring double porterhouse dry-aged for 30 to 35 days, sometimes even longer in its own aging box with Himalayan sea salt blocks that give the meat extra flavor.
Wine list is impressive but make sure you try a cocktail curated by Royal 35’s head bartender and partner, Sherif Nezaj.
We started of with well prepared Tuna Tartar and Iceberg Vedge salad which can usually give away what to expect from the meat. We definitely recommend Iceberg Vedge salad with tomato, blue cheese and canadian bacon. Made us even more excited about the main course.
Even though the Royal 35 Seafood tower looked really tempting we left it for our next visit and a bigger party.
PRIME bone in rib-eye and File Mignon arrived with mac & cheese with lobster and creamed spinach. Very generous portions we noticed. We were silent for the next 15 minutes simply because it was hard to take eyes of off such delicious meal!
Yes, we left space for dessert and some delicious after dinner drinks. We tried highly recommended key lime pie!
