OZOKU- pop up sushi bar at Royalton Hotel

There is a new pop-up sushi + sashimi bar in town. Located at Royalton Hotel, OZOKU is open Monday through Friday 5-10PM. POP Style TV was invited to sample Chef Vanessa’s fresh and innovative bites and to taste delicious cocktails that compliment the menu.

 

Nice selection of sushi and sashimi is available. Our favorites include Fluke sashimi with yuzu yogurt, grapefruit and Szechuan peppercorn and The Sidepiece Roll with shrimp tempura, spicy scallop and sweet soy. We recommend caramelized brussels sprouts and radish salad with black sesame and miso butter for foodies looking for exciting experience. Ozoku also serves Chef’s Omakase, a special tasting menu designed by Chef Vanessa Miller.

Overall great combination of Japanese and Western flavors. Make sure to stop by now through Memorial Day as the 30-seat pop-up restaurant makes an ideal midtown spot for a date or a group of friends.
